Cancellation Policy
INTERNATIONAL:
You can receive 100% credit of what you have already paid, excluding deposit, until 120 days before the start of the retreat, and 50% credit until 60 days before the retreat (excluding the deposit). You can receive 75% cash back, excluding deposit, until 120 days before the start of the retreat, and 30% cash back (excluding the deposit) 60 days before the start of the retreat. Cancellations made between 60 and 30 days before the start of the retreat will be eligible for 15% credit back (excluding the deposit), 0 cashback (excluding the deposit). We have this policy to ensure that we are able to fill the empty spot, as we rely on being fully booked to cover all costs of the retreat. Our credit policy is different for US retreats, but with this retreat being international, we do need more significant notice of cancellation. This credit can go towards any upcoming retreats that are available, domestic or international.
DOMESTIC

AFTER 30 DAYS PRIOR TO THE START OF THE RETREAT (International & Domestic)
Anything after 30 days prior to the start of the retreat is no longer eligible for refund or credit UNLESS your spot is filled by another client within 48 hours. If the spot has been taken, you are eligible for the 30 day credit/cash back policy which depends on whether it is international or domestic.
